No one shall perform or cause to be performed.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), any person who, with the intention of causing any harm, loss or damage to the general public or any other person or to gain any benefit for himself, shall be deemed to have committed any act of making a false document or a false electronic record or a false part or part of a written or electronic record. .Explanation: For the purposes of this section:-
